My experience:

The Wow body cupid’s body butter in citrus love comes in a transparent tub packaging with golden lid upon it. It is also protected by a cellophane cover. The tub is enclosed in an orange colored carton box which has all the necessary information in English. The packaging is nice, but I can’t say it is very travel-friendly.

Coming to the body butter, it is creme colored and has a smooth, semi-thick consistency. One of the main features of this body butter is it’s very enchanting citrus fragrance. Something like a fresh orange or even more powerful. Sometimes, I feel allured with its fragrance but sometimes I find it overpowering. but trust me, if you love citrus fragrances you will love this body butter. The fragrance lingers around the skin for about 2 to 3 hours. It has many variants like lotus, plum, ambrosia etc.

The body butter absorbs into the skin quickly upon applying and doesn’t need a lot of rubbing. It is paraben free and mineral oil free. Enriched with shea butter, cocoa butter, glycerin, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil, macadamia oil, wheat germ oil, aloe vera extract and vitamin e, these ingredients help in moisturizing the driest of the skin. Generally, It locks in the moisture for about 3 to 4 hours. If you are looking for less oily body butter then do have a look at Himalaya soothing body butter in rose . Overall it is a nice smelling luxurious body butter which is what you need in winter.

  • Luxurious looking packaging.
  • Moisturises skin well
  • Has a nice citrus fragrance.
  • True to its claims
  • Good aromatherapy product.

  • The tub could have been more sturdy considering the price.
  • Not for people who like mild fragrances
  • Available only online.

Final Thoughts:

The Wow Body cupid citrus love body butter is a very smooth body butter which absorbs on to skin quickly and makes skin moisturized. It has a powerful citrus fragrance which you will love. The citrus smelling body butter gives a nice pampering to the skin in cold winter, it is also enriched with many botanical oils and hence perfect for dry skin. What’s more, it is also free of parabens and mineral oil. I recommend it to everyone who loves aromatic bath and body products and for those who need extra moisturization.
